Hi, I’m Coach Ty!

I’m a fitness coach focused on pain-free, playful movement, and been helping people fall in love with movement since 2015

My fitness journey started by accident while pursuing my passion for dance and theater, which reminded me how to play.

I see how much the fitness industry strips FUN from the consistent exercise equation. So, I’m on a mission to add it back in 💯
