Hey, I’m Coach Ty - actor, fitness coach, movement artist, and writer on a mission to help you unlock freedom and joy through movement.

I get it. As an African American orphan, I carried that weight for years. But I found ways to release it and rediscover joyful movement.

Movement isn't just exercise; it's a creative journey to consistency, healthy posture, and pain-free joints. One of the biggest excuses for not moving more is not having time. That’s why I love working with people who work from home because you already value your freedom and time. So now I’m here to help you take ownership of your health. 

Your spine is the bridge between your mind and body. So,  I treat back pain and teach releasing somatic movements  that regulate your nervous system.
